Coming to Chanhassen Dinner Theatres’ Main Stage for the first-time, ever – it’s White Christmas! Based on the beloved, timeless film, this heartwarming musical adaptation features 17 Irving Berlin songs and a book by David Ives and Paul Blake. White Christmas revolves around two buddies, Bob Wallace and Phil Davis. After World War II, they become a popular song-and-dance duo and they decide to help their former commanding general by putting on a show at his struggling Vermont inn. Along the way, they meet two talented sisters, Betty and Judy Haynes, and love blossoms during the holiday season. White Christmas is a festive celebration of romance, friendship and the magic of Christmas. With a dazzling score featuring well-known standards including “Blue Skies,” “I Love A Piano,” and the perennial title song, White Christmas is an uplifting, wholesome and joy-filled musical celebration! Sunday, we will visit the Mall of America for free time to shop and dine as you desire. Since opening its doors in 1992, Mall of America has revolutionized the shopping experience and become a leader in retail, entertainment and attraction. With over 500 stores, 60 eating opportunities, the Nickelodeon Universe, the nation's first indoor Nickelodeon 7-acre theme park, SEA LIFE Aquarium, movie theaters, and so much more, there is definitely something for everyone! Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to departure will not receive any refund. Tour package is transferable to any party, without penalty, provided original tour passenger finds own replacement. In case of inclement weather where the motorcoach is advised not to travel by the state highway patrol, a full refund will be made less ticket costs. No cash refunds will be given but in the form of a future tour voucher. Travelex Insurance is available. Must be purchased within 15 days of payment.
