Four decades after Purple Rain topped the box office, dazzled audiences with its epic soundtrack and cemented Prince’s status as the High Priest of Pop, the classic film is getting a 2nd life on stage. Purple Rain follows the Kid, an ambitious Minneapolis Musician and Rockstar-in-the-making as he navigates the club scene and rocky relationships with his parents, his love interest and his fellow musicians. This includes an abusive, alcoholic father, a captivating singer and a treacherous rival embodied by Prince's real-life labelmate Morris Day. Be part of witnessing history with this home town boy who rose to the top of the pop music charts. Production contains adult language. Saturday night, we will visit the Mall of America for free time to shop and dine as you desire. Since opening its doors in 1992, Mall of America has revolutionized the shopping experience and become a leader in retail, entertainment and attraction. Visa, MasterCard, & Discover are accepted for payment. Cancellations: Cancellations received 31 days prior to tour will receive a full refund, less $165 per person. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to departure will not receive any refund. Tour package is transferable to any party, without penalty, provided original tour passenger finds own replacement. In case of inclement weather where the motorcoach is advised not to travel by the state highway patrol, a full refund will be made less ticket costs. No cash refunds will be given but in the form of a future tour voucher. Travelex Insurance is available. Must be purchased within 21 days of payment.
