There is no place like Branson to experience the most wonderful time of year! Almost every theatre in Branson creates a magical Christmas show for its visitors. Holiday shows begin the first week of November and feature special holiday sets, costumes, and music and comedy throughout each show. Some shows have the first half of their regular season and then do some Christmas the 2nd half of the show, Whatever the case is, you will have a great time as we have an outstanding line up of entertainment and of course, lots and lots of food included! Payment
A $1100 per person deposit is due within 7 days of receipt of confirmation invoice. If payment is not received within 7 days, your name may be removed from the reservation list without notice. VISA, MasterCard, or Discover are accepted.

Final payment is due October 1, 2026.

Cancellations: Cancellations received prior to September 14 will receive a full refund, in the form of a future tour credit. Cancellations made September 15 to October 1 will forfeit the $1025 per person deposit. Cancellations made October 2 or after will receive no refund. Tour package is transferable to any party, without penalty, provided original tour passenger finds own replacement. In case of inclement weather where the motorcoach is advised not to travel by the state highway patrol, a full refund less the ticket costs will be made. No cash refunds will be given. Refunds will be in the form of a future tour voucher.

Montam Tours has always had a very stringent cleaning/disinfecting protocol to keep our passengers safe and healthy on tour. While on the motorcoach, fresh air is exchanged every 10 minutes. As to not impede fun and friendship on the coach, you may not see all the ways we are keeping you safe,but rest assured they are there. Blind faith is a great thing to possess!

The hotel fills up quickly, so if you are needing lodging prior to our departure or evening of our return, please call to book as soon as you register for the tour. Confirm room is refundable. Booking early will
assure you have a room!

We can pick you up anywhere along Highway 12 east to Summit and South on I-29. Please inquire when booking reservation.

Departure time from Aberdeen 7:30 a.m.
Return time to Aberdeen approximately 7:15 p.m.

What to pack: The dress code is casual and comfortable.

Seating: We do not assign seats on the motorcoach and advise anyone with motion issues to arrive early to find a seat that is acceptable for their needs. Each day, we institute a passenger driven seat rotation. Each morning find a different seat on the coach.

Luggage: We do not limit the amount or size of luggage you bring but generally do not include any luggage handling. Please bear in mind you will handle your own luggage.

Motorcoach Amenities: Our motorcoach is equipped with Wi-Fi, restroom, tray tables, seat netting, reclining leather seats with seat belts (optional use), reading lights, enclosed overhead storage, window shades & personal charging stations with 110 & USB outlets. Wi-Fi password will be provided on the tour.

Passenger Comfort: No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or alcohol allowed on the motorcoach at any time.

Enroute Breaks: We generally take breaks enroute on your own every 3 hours to allow you to stretch your legs, use restroom facilities and get a meal, snack or beverages. These breaks will be noted in the final itinerary.

Travelex Ultimate plans must be purchased within 21 days of initial trip deposit to cover pre-existing conditions. Travel insurance can be purchased prior to departure. You are free to purchase travel insurance from wherever you wish.

Travel Insurance restrictions regarding cancellations due to weather are fairly strict in what they will cover.
