RESERVATIONS: We recommend
calling our office with your tour reservation prior to sending
in your tour reservation form and deposit. Some tours sell out
quickly and by calling you will insure your seat on the tour.

PAYMENT:
Full payment is due within 7 days of
booking to secure reservation. If deposit is not received within 7 days,
your name may be removed from the reservation list without
notice. VISA, Master Card, or Discover are accepted as payment. |

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations received 30 days prior to tour will forfeit $100
per person. Cancellations made less than 30 days before
departure will not receive a refund.
Cancellations must be done during regular office hours, Monday
through Friday. Tour package is fully
transferable to any party, without penalty, provided original
tour passenger finds own replacement. In case of inclement
weather where motorcoach is asked not to travel by State Highway
Patrol, a full refund will be made, less the ticket cost.
